    Sadly to say I would recommend customers to avoid YourRepair at all cost I can only describe this company as scammers who do their best to hold you to ransom. I have been with YourRepair since 2020 and never requested a repair but when I asked for a repair the engineer told to have a new boiler installed so I got a Worcester Bosch boiler with a 5 year warranty. I was told that I couldn't end their service plan as my plan was renewed in August 2025 and I have carry on paying until August 2026. In a nutshell they couldn't repair my boiler told me to get a new one and carry on paying Β£18 a month for something I don't need anymore absolute digrace...

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Initially was pleased with the price for annual coverage. Β£82 for an annual service and Β£120 per call out. Given our boiler is only 5 yrs old and not had issues, we were happy to pay a β€˜per visit’ call out fee. In summary, we detected an issue with our heating, an inspection was done by Your Repair, and customer services claimed we had caused the issue ourselves through damage versus β€˜wear and tear’ and therefore refused to fix the issue. The damaged part was within a sealed unit, tucked away safely in an airing cupboard. Frustratingly the engineer from Your Repair who did the inspection told us it was wear and tear, as did an independent plumber who we also brought in. We explained this to customer services. Your Repair refused to budge, and we were left with no heating. Beware - it seems they will use any tactic to wiggle out of fixing issues. It’s not worth the hassle, and you have no recourse if they say it’s not covered in their policy.

    We have never had to call them out for a breakdown in the 3 years we have been with them and we believe that is because of the thorough service they provide to our boiler every year. The engineers are very professional and polite reassuring you if you have any issues just call us and we will be straight out. We feel very comfortable with their service and it’s not expensive to have.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. My experience has been nothing short of outrageous. It took them months to arrange my annual service because they rely on random local engineers who clearly have no commitment to customer care. I had to repeatedly chase them just to get the service I was entitled to, all while feeling increasingly anxious about the safety of my boiler due to their negligence. To make matters worse, after I missed a couple of direct debit payments during a difficult period, they informed me, without any empathy or flexibility, that I was now required to pay the entire remaining balance of the contract. And despite demanding full payment, they also stated they would no longer provide any services to me. In other words, they expected me to hand over months of payments for absolutely nothing in return. They offered no instalment plan, no reasonable solution, and no accountability, just two unacceptable options: pay for seven months of services I will never receive, or sign up for a completely new twelve month contract. The lack of support, compassion, and basic professionalism is astounding. I am deeply disappointed and genuinely offended by how this company operates. Avoid them if you value your peace of mind, your safety, or your money.

    I strongly advise against using this company. The way they have handled my family’s situation has been appalling. My father-in-law sadly passed away in May, shortly after which his policy automatically renewed. My wife only discovered the policy months later while sorting through his paperwork. When we needed help with the boiler before winter (to ensure my mother-in-law, who has dementia and had just come out of hospital, could stay warm), we contacted the company. They insisted the policy be transferred into my wife’s name before sending anyone out β€” without explaining that this would lock her into long-term payments. Their engineer then came but could not fix the boiler, advising us to hire a private company instead. We later had to install a completely new boiler, making the policy useless. Despite this, and even after we provided a death certificate, the company refused to cancel the contract. We are now being forced to pay Β£36 a month for a service that cannot be used. Had we known the policy had automatically renewed after my father-in-law’s death, we would have cancelled it immediately. This is nothing short of greed and a complete lack of compassion for customers, especially in cases of bereavement. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

    I moved here from British Gas and I must say I am really impressed. I wasnt sure what to expect but from the get go it has been 10/10. Ollie signed me up and he was really polite and professional providing me with everything I needed and the engineers who came out the other day were swift and professional too, also the lady who I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, I can provide no higher praise 10/10 keep up the amazing work I will be recommending you to everyone I know

    I'm really pleased with this company so far - Prices are excellent for peace of mind being covered. Also, recently they sent out some advice on an easy fix for a boiler cutting out... It worked and save me Β£120! Excellent service so far!

    Have been with YourRepair for a couple of years and have had to call them a couple of times for faults. Service has been excellent, engineer on time and courteous. Although my call out last week to a fault resulted in mΔ› being told my boiler could not be repaired I would not hesitate to recommend them
