Did an amazing macrame course with Gemma. She was very patient and put up with my families antics! We all had the most fantastic time and are already talking about what we need to go learn next!

Love this shop. A really good selection of crafts and plants. A chance to meet some of the crafters too and to hear more about their work. An ideal place to find special and unusual gifts. Beautifully situated amongst a pretty mews of other interesting shops and restaurants. - quite a haven in the midst of busy Grimsby. Crafts range from amazing metal sculptures, beautiful embroideries, printed clothing, pet accessories, bags, paints, bath bombs and so much more.

The quality of the workmanship is fantastic. This is a wonderful small buissness Indie community shop. It's an absolute must visit for gifts, unusual presents and beautifully made original pieces. The girls are welcoming and supportive with their help in serving the public. This ISWAS shop is spaciously stretched out in Abbeygate. It provides a lovely shopping area with sitting out coffee bars and eating outlets. A super shopping experience x

I have been to this place. It is excellently stocked and is the sort of place that when you realise you need a nice thoughtful gift you can race in and grab one. Or a nice card. The owner is fantastically knowledgeable about crafty things and generally a lovely person.

One of my favourite places to shop! If I need a pick me up I can go to ISWAS and get some funky new earrings, an uplifting scented candle, or even some paint to get myself started on a new Frenchic project. Even better if I need a gift I can find something unique or quirky here that's guaranteed to be "something a bit different". I absolutely love it.

I attended an embroidery hoop workshop with Gemma and it was fantastic. She is so patient, thorough and has a really good wealth of knowledge. She also is so kind and such a lovely teacher. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, and if I didn't already know how to crochet I would be booking onto those as well!
