   I had a great customer experience from Sarah and Ben at Tech Division: friendly, supportive, honest and efficient. My old laptop was beyond economic repair and Ben talked me through my options with clear and unbiased advice. He supported me through the set up and data transfer onto a new machine recommended and supplied by Tech Division,which I am delighted with, and the whole process was hassle-free. I was delighted with Tech Division from first to last, without any caveats, and I unreservedly recommend them.

   I upgraded my wife's MacBook, which then did not allow her to see her files and icons on the desktop. I tried but was unable to help her so took it to Ben who showed me how to get it's display how she wants. I would be very happy to use Tech Division again and would recommend it to anyone with IT problems.

   I had problems with the link between my laptop and printer and called Ben. He arranged to fix it remotely within an hour, and while fixing that problem he ran some checks and identified some other issues, and resolved these too. An excellent service and a reasonable fee.
