   Tesco Click and Collect has steadily got worse, slower service and less customer orientated with the app and no comment on how long the wait may be, there also is a 4 bay setup and an awkward parking spot for position 4 due to a temporary freezer

   We've used click and collect for years but will have to stop now as the new process that's been rolled out has clearly not been a customer centric rollout. Even when it was busy before, you'd be in and out in 10 minutes. It takes at least 20-30 minutes now, normally closer to 30 minutes. So it defeats the object of using the service (you also have no idea whether they know you're there or not). Once you combine shopping via the app then click+collect wait time, you'd be better off just going into the shop.

   Pull up, give name, load shopping into the car and drive away. Couldn't be smoother. New tills are still a little "in transition" as a whole bank of self scan are out of commission but I'm sure it'll get better when they are back in service.

   The staff are always very personable and helpful. If you are new to the pick-up location it is sometimes preferred if you wait to be directed to your parking station, especially if the weather is grim.
