Very rude staff, dirty place, not professionals, so go to a beautician who actually cares about there standard of work, would not recommend please stay far from this place, and go to a professional beauty therapist.
Terrible experience at Superdrug Rushden Lakes. The girl who did my eyebrows was extremely careless – she actually pinched and injured my skin with the tweezers, leaving painful wounds. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of skill and training. Very unprofessional, unsafe, and I definitely would not recommend her to anyone.
Alice is the best nurse ever! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had booked for my little one’s chicken pox vaccine. Not a single drop of tear from my baby! Absolutely delighted with Alice’s approach towards vaccination. Not only she is gentle but quick. Alice deserves all the praise and respect! Thank you again! You are the best ❤️

Hi ordered this morning post to be ready in 30 mins its been 5 hours?? If I had of known I would of picked next day delivery, I have the morning part free on a Sunday so help wheres the order, think if there's a delay they should say when ordering
Had my hair coloured and styled today at the new Beauty Studio within Superdrug at Rushden Lakes, I can honestly say that Fadi is definitely a Hair Doctor, my hair has never felt so good and he is very charming also the products he uses are fantastic, I bought some to take home, so ladies this is the place to go if you want to feel like a new woman
Google wouldn’t let me give 6 stars. Zara H served me at the counter, I can honestly say I’ve never had more considerate and friendly service anywhere before, asking me questions about my day, plans for the weekend and holidays! She made a couple of mistakes at the till and had to get someone to come and help her, but all the time she was just so helpful and friendly. Superdrug - I hope you do everything to hold on to this person. Well done Zara you should be proud of yourself. Customer service, perfected.
One of the largest superdrugs I've ever been in. The make up section is massive. Wide Isles and easy to navigate around. Perfume section. Beauty area at the back of the store where you can receive treatments. Some of the staff could do with a customer service course, as they prefer to talk to each other on their headsets rather than respond to the customer, but apart from that it's a good shop.
