Collected a toothbrush this morning ordered online - dreadful customer service - cashier was not wearing a visable name tag aswell (typical) Very sharp and unhelpful. I asked about renewing my Boots card and her response was defensive and rude asking to me call a number without attempting to resolve the problem. Will try the other boots store next time.
I now only use the bigger boots on retail park as I find most of the staff in here rude especially the pharmacy side I waited for a while to be served, no one serving, pharmacy staff completely ignored me. I had to go find the assistant to serve me. Why can’t the pharmacy staff alert the till assistant there are customers waiting? Why is that so difficult? You feel like you’re a nuisance.
Absolutely disgusting costumer service, unacceptable attitude and very rude staff. They will go out of their way to show you that they do not care for you, they do not want you there and will try make you feel small. In the past 3 years every interaction that I've had there has left me speechless and disgusted and I regret every penny spent. I just spent all my loyalty points so I never need to deal with boots anymore. Thanks to these guys I hate the whole holding now
Not sure why but the last 6 or so times over the past 12 mths visiting this store, the staff seem so demoralised, not happy, dare to ask a question and it always seems like too much trouble, it really isn’t a happy place, I know we are only there to shop but a genuine smile and customer service would go a long way, we now try and avoid it and shop at barn rd instead. Sorry to be negative but I work in the nhs and service with a smile goes a long way.

Very friendly staff, prescription dispensed virtually as soon as they received it. No hassle, no drama's like I've experienced at other chemist's. Would definitely recommend!
