   Called Chris based on the good reviews he has to see if he could assist with an egr issue in our Tiguan. I found him to be really knowledgable and honest and he really took the time to explain what was wrong and what our options were but without being pushy. He managed to fit us in the next day and he’d fixed the issue within the hour, all for a very reasonable price. Car drives great and no issues. Highly recommend Chris, he’s a really lovely and helpful guy who cares about the service he provides.

   Consulted Chris for a Stage 1 remap on my pride and joy. Chris took the time to answer my many questions and I decided to go ahead with the performance tune remap for my 2018 Audi A3 1.5 Tfsi. As the ECU was locked by Audi Chris had to do a bench tune. No problem for him and less than 2 hours later I was driving it with a big smile on my face. Love the difference in torque and despite the extra bhp I'm getting the same average fuel consumption as with the stock tune. I love the way the remap has changed the way it drives and believe me you don't have to be a total road-hog to enjoy the extra power with smooth delivery.
