   Beautifully presented cottage. On arrival couldn't get in as key would not open yale lock. Phoned owner who said to go through the back gate, which I had to do throughout my stay, a bit precarious with a dog as gate is directly on the road, with 1 step up and 2down. First night the hot tub was too hot and also the lid had come away from the hydraulic bit and fallen into the space behind the tub....tried phoning again,but no answer, hurt my shoulder hauling it back on myself. Phoned owner next day and she sorted it immediately. Other things to note is that there is no hot water in the ensuite apart from the shower which I didn't use as too claustrophobic. Water downstairs took a long time to get hot and the sink in the bathroom filled up before it got hot. Had to run water in kitchen sink till hot, then use the tap in bathroom. Bed in 2nd bedroom quite uncomfortable as could feel springs pinging. Apart from the above had a relaxing stay, used hot tub at least once every day, temperature was just right apart from the first night.

   Sometimes reality does not match expectations. But not for Camoor cottage which is every bit as good (if not better) than advertised. Situated literally a stone’s throw from the heart of Hornsea, the cottage somehow manages to be simultaneously close to the action and yet secluded and quiet. The cottage itself has everything you need to make it a home from home – comfortable beds, loads of storage, enormous kitchen – with the stunning extra of a hot tub thrown in to lift it above similarly priced alternatives.

   An absolute gem of a find! The most well appointed cottage I have ever stayed in. Everything has been well thought out, the cottage is tasteful decorated and the kitchen stocked with everything you would need for a stay. The Hot Tub is quite the treat and was (as was everywhere else) spotless! I would not hesitate to recommend anyone book this cottage for a break in the wonderful Hornsea.
