   Be aware parking on road side. There are no restricted or residential parking signs just a curtious no parking in front of drives. However some residents think the parking is their allocated area. So Be careful. Park is lovely and clean with plenty of dog bin can easily be made a nice circular stroll.

   Great little lake for feeding ducks , say hello to resident Heron ,walking dog around . Bonus is you can fish for free here , great for kids , plenty roach, rudd and if you lucky 1 of the few carp can be bagged ....well maintained , hard to believe this is in the middle of a housing estate .

   So much fun when it snows! Enough for a small snow man, beautiful in summer, big play area for kids, little hill for snow sledging and big enough to walk around for a while or look at the ducks on the pond :)
