   Seven months ago I bought a (budget) Sekonda watch which also displayed the day and the date. Recently the day display decided to go wonky so I called into the shop to see if they could fix it, but despite a good try, no success. Without hesitation I was presented with a new replacement watch. Thank you ladies, it's refreshing to know that there are still shops that offer this level of excellent customer service. Well worth 5 stars.

   I used Hollins and Hollinshead after a recommendation on Facebook. I needed my little vintage engagement ring resizing bigger and I cannot fault their service. From the off, their colleagues were friendly and knowledgeable, showed genuine interest and just lovely. She explained the process, rang me with a quote and I collected it back all in under 2 weeks. The ring came back better than it went in - it was gorgeous, fit perfectly and was so sparkly. Flawless service and I highly recommend, thank you so much!

   If you think Hollins&Hollinshead is an honest local jewlers, your wrong. Called up about a peice of jewlery that seemed to be a fair price on their website. When I called up to get it ordered to the winsford store to try on before I bought she mentioned she was also surprised on the price. When I asked about the returns policy as I felt like buying it at that point just incase it's sold beforehand the woman on the phone was dismissive and said she didn't know about the online returns policy as it apparently might be different and all round didn't want to answer anymore of my questions. I asked for it to be sent to the store.(this was saturday). Checked again today as I had no phonecall( as she said she would today). Low and behold it's been marked as sold and the price was increased. I understand that there might have been a mistake somewhere, but instead of being honest she was deceptive. Wouldn't reccomend shopping somewhere that lies to their potential customers no matter the reason.

   I wanted a eternity ring for my wife in a small size , luckily this jewellery shop had one in the right size & specification . The staff were very helpful with dealing with over the phone & helping me with photos of the ring through email which I requested. When I collected the ring i was & I'm so very happy with it & the staff were so nice & helpful.

   Outstanding service today really friendly and above and beyond my expectations. I have 1 watch in for repair and 1 for link removal. Wouldn’t take payment for the links as it’s my birthday. Unbelievable just out of lockdown and a really nice touch will be using again

   Bought a sapphire and diamond ring. Had to wait 4 weeks before I received it ...only because I have a very small finger size and it had to be specially made. It arrived this morning and OH BOY was it worth the wait. It's absolutely beautiful just what I wanted and the fit is perfect. All throughout my wait I was kept informed with regular e-mail up-dates. Highly recommend Hollins and Hollinshead.
