   Brought items online, went in to change size, had to buy item and cancel online one which means waiting for refund. Should just be an exchange. Then spoke to so called customer services online ....service was awful so cancelled my whole order and went elsewhere.

   I went to stafford this morning with my husband and little dog my husband wanted to buy me a valentine's gift from pandora .my dog has always been welcome in many pandora shops across the country ,but not today we were told he wasn't allowed in the shop .the shop was empty except for myself and my husband .won't bother going in there again .we will spend our money elsewhere.
