Great early evening walk, a few cows were grazing which was nice to see, few different types birds on the water. Lovely peaceful walk around nature, even being so close to the a45 the traffic didn't disturb too much
If you like animals, rivers/canals, insects and plants, this is the place to be. If you like nature, go and explore. Little ones will enjoy. There's the horse field near it, a cute bridge and plenty of places to go for a walk

Pity about the traffic noise from the A45 - otherwise a lovely little place for a some solitude alongside the former course of the Nene.
