   Sadly I was very disappointed as the roses did not look fresh and for the price paid I was a bit shocked. Ordered two arrangements for a meeting presentation. The 'Bright' arrangement was acceptable but in the second arrangement the pale pink roses were badly marked as if they had been frost bitten or about to go over. Pictures on the website looked beautiful and in a panic and unsure what to do, I removed these and replaced them with fresh roses from Asda as they were needed for the same evening. I personally thought I would be embarrassed to present them as they were. Maybe I should have refused them or rung to complain, but thats hindsight. Sorry.
