   Lovely big play park for children, pity the cafe was closed, and NO icecream van close by on a very hot day!!! Disappointed you have to pay to go to the toilet with your grandchildren or any children and only 2 toilets!!!

   Lovely place for a picnic, the grounds and park were lovely and clean, the addition of the cafe is great. Toilets are 20p if you need them, no biggie.

   It's a nice place, but could do with a kids pool instead of the little splash park. If it was more like cutteslowe Park with the pool and sand play area it would be much better.

   Garth Park is a great place for young and old. For the young it has skate ramps, a well equipped play area with water feature and plenty of room to run around on. For the more mature patron, there are quiet areas for relaxing and enjoying the outdoor atmosphere. It has a little cafe on site but check for opening times to avoid disappointment. There are many events held here throughout the year which are very well attended. From concerts to Teddy bears picnics, something for everyone. The grounds are very well maintained and always clean. There are toilets on the premises but it could do with more. It is close to the town centre if you needed supplies but didn't feel like carting it all about. Parking is the only issue as there are only about a dozen spaces to park. Locals are aware that they are better off walking in and some will actually pay to park at one of the town's car parks. All in all it can be a good day out for all.

   Nice place for a picnic! Much more for older children than younger ones, and the water features weren't on although that could be a Covid thing.

   Great little park and play area for kids of all ages. Arrived quite late (6.30pm on a Saturday evening) so nearby ice cream shop was closed. And 20p to use the loo! Bit excessive in my opinion. With no change o didn't get to use them but would hope they're very clean if paying that much. Good lawns etc for picnics.
