   Phoned for six white and six red rose for my wife's 81st birthday 28th dec 2019. I Was concerned that the flowers would be fresh ,just after Christmas . Of course they will be fresh was the reply. They were delivered on the 28th Saturday. 29thth. the white Roses, 5 had dropped their petals and left stalks.The same with three of the red. Absolute disgrace!!! The lady refunded £71 The lady said the flowers where fresh but did not want to see the photo. ONE MARK BECAUSE THEY WERE DELIVERED ON THE CORRECT DAY. D.C.Brookes .Kettering
