   Shout out to the lovely lady working this morning (Weds 22/10 at 7am). The queue was massive as a couple of trains had just pulled in but she was so calm and efficient. Working on her own, taking multiple orders and super pilot. I only had 10 minutes and after I ordered was cutting it fine to wait for my coffee but the lovely lady was super quick and made a great flat white. Hats off as I queued for less than 10 mins and about 7 people in front of me ordered coffees and a mix of hot and cold food. Place was clean and tidy and well stocked too. Thank you - hope this gets passed to the lovely lady working this morning.

   It costs nothing to be kind jovial and nice. Your staff today was all of these and some more. He put a smile on my face and served everyone with a dash of kindness. He allowed me choose what. I wanted without rushing me and actually said take your time because we have so many options. Wonderful staff in a world where everyone is rushing.

   I am writing to you to raise an issue about your food. The issue that I have experienced was the food quality, and presentation was terrible!!! there was absolutely NO taste, and the presentation was appalling. This meant that feel frustrated and angry at the price and the fact they charge customers for it!!!

   Upper Crust Crewe We stopped here for a short break while changing trains. The place was busy, so finding a table was a bit tricky. The food was tasty.

   Massively underwhelming. Dry baguette, no butter, no flavour, and the bacon was bland. One lonely ketchup packet doesn’t save it. Coffee was just passable. On top of that, the service was poor. Staff were curt, and there was a noticeable change in tone when another customer approached. For nearly £7? It’s poor value. Looks better than it tastes. Wouldn’t buy again unless I was desperate.

   Can't believe breakfast roles are in the open, no packaging and right by queueing people, (coughing etc)to then be warmed in a microwave and sold for £4.80! Disgusting prices

   A young lady called BAILEY served me very polite clean and tidy very professional indeed what a star you have there. I was in a bit of a rush she noted this and served my tuna roll crisps and coffee quickly and safely thank you.
