   We bought our bundle when expecting our little boy and recently returned to buy his next size car seat and a stroller. Staff are amazing, I don’t even shop around, just go straight to these guys. Love the range of products they have but all their expertise (especially John) and wonderful service is why I always go back and will always recommend. Really polite and helpful and patient. I told them what I didn’t like about all the strollers I was looking at and like magic, they brought out the perfect one. Just wonderful people selling amazing products! My go to for my little boy.

   Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was looking for, helped me pick a pram and car seat within budget and arrival and collection process was easy. Helped us fit the base of the car seat when we collected which we were very greatful for as it was not easy. Would definitely recommend.

   Pramland, Hull have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. We first went in looking for a pram and car seat having no idea about anything. Joanne really helped us out with all her knowledge in finding the absolute perfect pram and car seat for us. On top of this we also found bedroom furniture which we also fell in love with. All the staff here were so friendly and welcoming, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

   First time Mum and we visited a couple of times and to say I was lost on where to start was an understatement. The staff were absolutely amazing and helped me and my mum and partner decide and shop around on what would be best four our baby. We left feeling so comfortable and came back and placed an order for the oyster travel system with jb I believe his name was such a lovely guy and would highly recommend

   We visited today to get our baby pram. As to our surprise they recommend getting the pram around 20 weeks to ensure delivery is on time, I am 26 weeks so was extra cautious to look for our dream pram. We have fallen in love with one and will be back in a few days to purchase. The staff were incredibly helpful and showed us how all the bits came off/ put together. Thankyou

   Went in store today with my little girl to find a pram for our due baby. Service in there was fantastic. Absolutely not pushy whatsoever and staff always on hand whenever I had a question. They did a demo.for me of any pram I was interested in and then left me fully alone when I wanted to browse by myself. They also interacted with my toddler which kept her very happy while I was browsing Would recommend

   So so so disappointed with the customer service. Had full intentions on buying a pram this day so Booked an appointment prior to visiting the shop which I felt was completely pointless because we didn’t receive a 1 2 1 experience in an appointment style service I thought we would. We were left to our selves to figure out how the pram worked and it’s configurations when I did have a question I had to keep asking different staff members different things because they kept walking off. Wanted a full demo of the pram and explained to me how payments work and what you get in a bundle but feel like I was just been a hassle to them and they didn’t want to help us!! Won’t be returning ever again. Bought my pram else where in hull on the same day without an appointment with outstanding customer service and cheeper! So if you want a pram go to mamas and papas they sell bugaboo!

   Outstanding from start to finish. We purchased a bebecar travel system which is simply stunning. The staff couldn’t help us more when in store and over the phone. We had a slight problem with a snuz product but that was rectified within 24 hours, couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this store.
