Nice staff, bought 2 of the BIG balloons (Staff play with them outside the store) after 2 hours of my grandchildren playing with them on grass they burst, would not recommend this product, also was told use a bike pump, that is no good, you need a compressor, .

Popped in with my grandson last week so he could spend his birthday money. We spent half an hour with him touching and playing with stuff till he decided what he wanted. Nice staff, very helpful and polite. Quiet expensive but so are all shops now. X

Was in the beverley store today to get my son a toy he has wanted, we went to pay and got served by a shop worker by the name of Angel, she was so kinda and happy, and very good with children, she's a credit to the business. Will use this place again.

Came in last week to buy my grandson a gift, I originally asked for help from a man who was later identified as a manager but he was too busy on his gaming device and ignored me before shouting at a poor girl. I promptly left. You should treat your staff members better and stop being lazy.
