Agree with other reviewers. Order not delivered within delivery window, not even shipped as far as I can workout. Zero response from the company.
Do not order from this company! I recently tried to purchase a set of pyjamas for my wedding, I ordered them with a huge amount of time ahead of the wedding and according to their estimated delivery times should have arrived with plenty of time to spare however the service I received was horrendous. The delivery window passed and no pyjamas received, I attempted to contact the seller on multiple occasions over multiple weeks, via email, live chat, Facebook/instagram and was completely ignored each time. I eventually did have some contact from the seller and she provided numerous excuses as to why I hadn’t yet received it and assured me that I would receive them in the next 7 days. A further 7 days passed and no pyjamas, and no further update, almost two months after my initial order. By this point I was concerned that my order was never going to be fulfilled, let alone in time for the wedding, so had to order from elsewhere and raise a dispute with the bank. After the seller was notified of my dispute she decided to call me to convince me that she was still planning on sending the pyjamas and I should “put faith in her one more time” and cancel my order with the other company. Long story short, the pyjamas did not arrive in time to be used and the seller rejected my dispute with the bank meaning I have also lost the money. I am appalled with this company and the customer service received. I think it’s disgusting that you claim to offer personalised products for weddings and then treat your customers in this way on the run up to a very important day. Please do not order from this company!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a robe for communion and received pyjamas (dirty) instead. After emailing a few times I got a response that this would be rectified, after waiting a few weeks I messaged again, she told me that the robe was due to be delivered the following week, that should have been last week and the robe has still not arrived. I messaged again and this message has went unanswered.
I ordered personalized slippers for the bridal party at my sisters wedding. Despite the order time being stated as 7-10 days on the website, this order was placed on 12th March and the items have still not been received. I have tried to reach out to the company several times, many messages have gone unanswered, in one I was told that they would message me later that evening as it was showing as completed but they failed to do so. My sisters wedding is tomorrow and we now have no slippers and very limited options to make alternative arrangements. I am disgusted at the behavior from a company that clearly specializes in wedding items. You would have hoped that they would realize how important and special these items are. We leave for sisters wedding tomorrow and obviously the items are now no good should they ever arrive and I am getting no response to my requests to cancel the order and process a refund. Whilst I cannot comment on the quality of the goods as they have not arrived I would avoid at all costs if you want the items for a special occasion.
Had a bit of a panic when the ordered hadn’t been dispatched and I hadn’t heard from the supplier for 21 working days (should have arrived within 5-7) I didn’t put my order in too last minute so when they did get in touch, they couldn’t apologise enough for the delay and understood reasons. The order was processed immediately and robes arrived 3 days later The robes are lovely but one of them was the wrong size (too small) contacted the supplier and hoping to have it sent out soon just in time for the wedding
