   Rip off merchants. I bought 5 items, all of which had the price on them. Paid by card. Didn't realise until I'd got home and looked on my bank app they'd charged me £6 more than the things should have been. I live nearby so it's very convenient for me, but I'll still never shop there again. £6 sounds like peanuts, but it was 40% of the actual price I should have paid, now just imagine if they're doing it to everyone paying by card. It's theft, no other way of describing it.

   Sent a parcel back through this shop over 4 weeks ago, they only just sent it yesterday so I missed the refund window with asos. Wouldn’t go here again due to this. Yes you do have control over who you have contracts with. If people bring a parcel to your shop it is your responsibility from there on.

   I try not to use this shop as during lockdown they were reselling Aldi or Lidl deodorants at a huge markup, but I visited today to pick up a parcel. Slow service, expected me to search through the parcels myself (GDPR breach). They aren't securely stored.

   The mister I got served by was a mix of nice and slightly arrogant, I got confused by the candy price, I thought it was 15p for the tub but it was 15p per gummy, so 45p for 3, I wished he put 15p per gummy on the label, that’s daylight robbery, you can get a pack of sweets for 10p at the shop down Albert ave

   These people are scum ill never take a parcel to be sent of ever again! I took my partners parcel it here over 3 weeks ago for her son to get a change now size from footasylm turns out it's not being picked up it's being lost they speak to people inappropriately and treat the parcels with no respect - I will be going back to have more words as this wasn't cheap item my partner has also being charged for this item & now there's no parcel to show for it I also had recipes of return & they still look at you clueless they have no care in the world for anything or anyone! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

   It's a convenience store, so things are going to be more expensive, which is fair enough. But when they are purchasing stock from other shops and selling it in their shop for more than twice the price, that's beyond a joke. The customer service isn't too bad and the woman in there is always nice and polite but it doesn't make up for daylight robbery. It used to be owned by a nice guy who didn't charge the earth for things, but now it's owned by someone else the cost of some necessities are just silly.
