   I had an eyebrow wax and shape at Superdrug with Liberty today, and the whole experience was fantastic. Liberty was incredibly professional, kind, and considerate throughout. She took the time to ask exactly how I wanted my brows to look and explained each step of the process so I felt completely comfortable. The treatment was quick, gentle, and the results were perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. THANK YOU! I’d highly recommend Liberty to anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled beauty therapist.    visited the anlaby retail park the staff was appalling wasn't interested in helping had two young girls stood messing around giggling like school kids i hope the other stores the staff are a lot more professional

   You may want to look at who you put on your tills not a smile and a very bad attitude too bothered about talking on her head set. Her customer service skills are shocking actually put us off coming back would rather go out my way and go into town even though we only live across the road!

   Took my extremely nervous daughter to get her ears pierced today. They were AMAZING with her. I would 100% recommend. They spent a lot of time with her and were so reassuring and calming. Would never have thought of there for ear piercing but couldn’t fault them at all. One very happy little girl!

   Lots of good choices and convenient to get to. Parking is great. Three stars because a couple of members of staff were quite unfriendly and rude. They also seem to use the headsets to complain about each other and don’t care that customers can hear everything they’re saying. It wouldn’t put me off from going again but I won’t expect a good service.

   Plenty of choice but didn't have the product I wanted. I think they might have stopped selling it. Not too busy, plenty of check outs but only one in use but another opened fairly quickly whilst I was waiting. Reasonably priced and good offers too
