   Saw a phone on there Website. Decided to go have a look. Parked just round the corner as it is on the main road. Very easy to find opposite Tesco. The staff were friendly and helpful. He had to get the item out of the front window. Which he did straight away on fuss. Showed me the item. It was in excellent condition. Was a very fair price having checked ebay etc. Done the deal walked away happy. Would recommend and will use again. Keep up the good work.

   Beware when buying or selling to this company they under value all goods ok obviously they have to make profit but come on 15 pounds for a 249 pounds tv only bought 1 month ago. Then would probably sell it for 200 pounds kept tv to sell privately. STAY AWAY FROM CASH CONVERTERS GOOLE you have been warned.

   Bought a Surface pro from them on Saturday. Was given the wrong charging cable. When I went back I got a different staff member that told me she'd said to the other staff member that it's not the right cable when he sold it to me. Offered £10 towards a £25 charge. Ordered a charger from amazon and shocker, the display is clearly faulty/damaged to the point where its not usable. Why would you even try selling it to someone? Utter Joke!

   Most definitely overpriced goods. This is the most expensive cash converters around. I paid £400 for my Samsung s21+ from cash Generators and I've seen that Hull and scunthorpe sell the Samsung s21 cheaper in there stores but goole overprice there goods by a big amount. Goole are charging £599 for Samsung s21.

   Pleasantly surprised. I bought a Seiko watch from the helpful friendly staff. I had a new battery fitted, but it didn't work so I returned the watch. No quibble refund. I'd certainly buy here again.

   Bough a projector from them right after they post it online at 5:25 and they refund me next morning without messaging or calling me to let me know. This is the 2nd time when they do this so I have to leave a negative feedback. They been polite at the phone but their customer service is poor. One of those cash-converters that you need to stay away from. ORDER No: MAS-280823 !!!!AVOID!!!!
