    We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodation is in a great location and very welcoming. There was a slight issue with the property that happened prior to our arrival but we were notified immediately and this was not fault of the property itself but rather the tenants before. Either way would recommend 53 Degrees properties for future stays. Very responsive and easy to deal with!.

    Wonderful location close to the trams and grocery stores. The suite was large with two bedrooms (and ensuites) on opposite sides of the living area. The kitchen was stocked adequately with dishes and pots/pans for making some meals and also has a washing machine/drying rack for laundry. It was clean and comfortable. However, we did wish the bed was a bit harder. While the bedrooms are large there isn't much floor space for larger suitcases. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place. The duplux -apartment was even better than the photos – spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. 53 degree was an exceptional host; they were incredibly responsive, and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal for our family vacation. It was in a safe and quiet neighborhood, yet we were within easy walking distance of the tube station and several bus stops, making it a breeze to explore all of London's major attractions. We found fantastic cafes and grocery stores just around the corner, which was so convenient. It truly was the perfect base for our London adventure, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and hassle-free stay!

    Fantastic accommodation, one of the best we have stayed in. No detail too small. The place was spotless when we arrived, very simple instructions. Every single person enjoyed their stay, the beds are luxurious. The views are stunning. We will 100% be returning in the future

    Amazing stay at Shepherds rest this weekend. The accommodation was spotless when we got in and the owner couldn’t do enough for us - lovely people, also good recommendations for pubs and a Chinese. The pool table was a win for my teenager and he loved the games machine too. The surroundings are stunning and it was so nice to be able to go and see the ducks and donkeys! Ideal location for everything we had planned to do. Can’t recommend enough. Would definitely return. My teenager didn’t want to leave. Already recommended to my friends. We had such a lovely time.

    I have booked many properties for staycations or work before and this one is by far the best in cleanliness, decor and general area! It was perfect for children as well - 2 smart TVs to avoid arguments which is rare to find! Felt very secure as well and property people were regularly checking in to make sure we were okay. Only downside is bathroom is downstairs but still won’t stop me from booking with them again! Thank you for a great stay!

    In few words, we enjoy the facilities, as well as the location and support from the team. (+) the internet, kitchen, parking ( - ) the small bathroom that makes a challenge to share the same space with more two users and the thin curtains at the bedrooms.

    Had an extended stay, and this really was a home from home, and more! Convenient shop just steps from the door, plenty of private and secure parking - and most importantly a really nicely done and comfortable interior. If letting short term in the area - i wouldn't consider any other option other that 53 degrees. A lovely family run business, that were helpful, supportive and friendly. thank you so much!

    This is a very comfortable, well furnished and extremely clean property in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of town, parks and shopping. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful, and the auto check-in and check-out were quick & easy. Parking on the street was consistently availiable within steps of the house. Highly recommend!

    Booked this property for dad and a few friends for Chester Racing. They loved the property, clean and well presented. It was very handy for the town centre and closest amenities were only a few minutes walk away. The communication has been first class - from booking, during their stay and vacating. Very quick to respond and attentive. 10/10 all round!
