   I took my 13 year old in yesterday to have her ears pierced. She was pierced by Lilly who was super professional and explained all the aftercare. Both Lilly and the other member of staff, whose name I missed, were so caring when my daughter felt faint after the appointment, making sure she had time to recover quietly before we left the shop. She was back to her normal self once we got home.

   I've been pierced by both Lilly & Beth and both were very lovely and comforting, felt like I was in very safe hands. They explained all the after care and were patient with placement, ensuring that I was 100% before committing. I am in love with my new piercings and will be going back there! The first time I went I was able to just walk in, but they were super busy this week, so recommend booking an appointment. But the appointment wasn't rushed at all and they still took time and care with me.

   Switched out three pre-existing piercings (each were pierced in another studio). All three were perfectly fine; i just wanted to switch things up. The ball we put on my medusa piercing fell off a day later, couldn’t find it anymore. My helix piercing is now massively inflamed and my conch piercing now fell out as well. I paid around £35 for that, and i’m really upset at this point. The people there were super nice, other than that i’m really unhappy and have to go back to my other piercer to let her fix this mess.
