   I was recommended CAYP after years of yoyo-ing in and out of services and support. My first contact was followed up promptly and I was fully informed of the process and payment structure. All contact was friendly, honest and professional. The space was clean and tidy/fit for purpose. I had direct contact with the professional working with us throughout. Face to face assessments, although challenging were conducted in a considered, understanding and as stress free way as possible. I felt like a thorough, collaborative and indepth assessment was done. The final diagnosis report was concluded in a timely manner. It is comprehensive and informative. I would certainly recommend CAYP Psychology Newcastl-Under-Lyme. One thing to note, if you book a taxi, it doesn't pin point on the maps and systems correctly so I chose morrisons as a pick up point which is just a short walk away.
