I used this business for the first time today. The reception area was very clean.Kim was so friendly and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and my little pup Bryn looked brilliant and smelt gorgeous after his appointment! I would definitely highly recommend this business.
Really disappointed. Took my dog (pug) for a bath and nails clipping and was taken aback by how unwelcoming the staff were, seemed quite miserable and didn't smile once (I was actually looking out for one). Then picked up my dog after half an hour and they were unable to do his nails and he was still damp! Also checked his ears and they have hardly been touched at all. All this and was charged £25.. rip off. The fact I'm now having to blow dry him, brush him, clean his ears and trim his nails myself... after a trip the groomers is beyond a joke. I have been previously to take him and Melissa did a wonderful job and was very friendly, obviously made him feel comfortable as he enjoyed his visit and nails were done great. Disappointed I will now need to find a new groomer after this.
Young girl clipped my dachshunds nails and he dosnt take to strangers. He was wagging his tail and I have been putting it off for ages and she had him totally relaxed. Absolutely recommend this place. She made this experience so easy for all of us, very compassionate and deserves a review. Wouldn’t hesitate next time. Well done x

Absolutely superb , Fitting my little jackapoo In was no problem and the patience of the dog house girls , well second to none.my little dog may be cute but feisty , so naturally I wondered how she would be, I even said if she was too much trouble and they didn’t want to pamper her again then I would understand, but 1&1/2 hrs later I had the call to pick her up and my goodness what a change, one well groomed dog , and the plus is she can return again . So thankyou from one happy owner and one smart dog xx

My dogs love this groomers, always does a lovely groom for my lot, and can ALWAYS fit you in ,even if she's busy she'll kelp you out.
