Lenny went to Tyler's for the first time this week and loved being pampered, looked and smelt great. The girls took good care of him.
Absolutely brilliant. We have a Saint Bernard puppy so she is big and strong as well as adorable, Lydia had absolutely no issues with taking her in for her first groom. Our pup came out looking and smelling beautiful, she was very happy and clearly had an amazing time. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
My first trip to this salon and I am so happy to find this gem! I love knowing that my dog will have a 1-1 experience here. He's a big boy of 40kg and I have struggled to find a groomer that will take him and do a good job. The location is perfect - it's at the back of a commercial estate so not many cars around at all. Lydia was very accommodating as I told her my dog was reactive to other dogs, so I was given the last appointment of the day. I 100% know that my dog was taken care of because the moment I walked through the door to collect him, he was sat at ease in the salon. That's the only sign I need to know that the groomers here are knowledgeable. My dog feels lighter and looks well-groomed. He also smells lovely which is great!! Don't hesitate to bring your dog here - you won't be disappointed by the level of service! Big thanks to Lydia and Joy!
Excellent service all round, my dog looks like a completely new dog. Definitely recommend and have already booked to take my dog back. Glad to have a groomer now that we will go to for all our grooming needs. I have a very nervous dog and the ladies were amazing with him.
We are absolutely thrilled with Percys first full groom. There was no rush and the team were so friendly. Communication with Lydia was 10 out of 10 and she kept me updated with Percys progress. Thank you again we are really pleased and see you in a few weeks.
I had my 15 year old Border Terrier groomed last week. He had never been groomed before only bathed at home so I was a bit concerned about how he would be. He was fine with the relaxed and friendly way he was groomed and he now looks like a new dog. I should have had him done years ago and I'll certainly bring him back. A great job.
