We have just had the pleasure to meet Claire for the first time today as she took great care of our Maltichon, Snowy. She had a full groom & she looks a million dollars, we are so pleased to have found Platinum. On first impressions we cannot rate the service highly enough. I have to say that there are some very spurious reviews on here compared to our experience today! She is kind to the dog, she doesn’t have any staff so it would be impossible for her “staff” to mis-treat any animal. Snowy came back to us a happy, well groomed dog & we are delighted to have found our regular groomer in Claire.

Claire has the patience of a saint with my Bichon as he’s an absolute nightmare to cut. He comes out looking absolutely beautiful and smells amazing. I’ve been going to Claire for around about 7 maybe 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She takes great care of any dog in her care which is also peace of mind for any owner.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I provided specific instructions for my dog's haircut, but Claire completely shaved her instead. Moreover, I did not appreciate the way my dog got treated as she was getting pulled in my presence and she seemed frightened after the grooming, which raises concerns about how she was treated in my absence. Also, the staff was very rude and impolite, and that is certainly not the way to speak to customers.

It was the first time for Lucy Springer spanial she looked great after her grooming . Will defo go back, Claire was lovely and fitted us in for an appointment quickly, thanks Claire.
