   Disgusted at the service of this groomers. I would not recommend them at all. My Mum had an appointment booked, it was booked at the previous appointment. My mum is 84 years old and took her little dog down for her appointment, only to be told " we are too busy and can't do your dog today" my mum was so upset. That is not the sort of local business's attitudes we expect. Anyway I have found another groomers in Harriseahead, who were very happy to accomodate our little dog.. I suggest you all do the same. Look at their ratings here? 3.9 is not reassuring is it? I wouldn't download an App to my phone with those ratings. So please find another groomers, don't waste your time and money on places like this.

   Just had Ronnie and Reggie, our two cockapoos pampered here at Posh Pugs Kidsgrove. They have come back with a lovely cut and smelling amazing. Although the price for the 2 pampers has gone up by a small amount they still represent excellent value compared locally. Would highly recommend based on this visit.    Unfortunately my elderly parents have only had 1 cut out of 3 that they were happy with for their lapo, 1 of her cuts had her whiskers taken off, another she had various bald patches! Disappointing EDIT I didn’t come to you with any complaints of the previous groomer so you must have me confused with someone else on your ‘not so happy list’ This review has been written on behalf of a 72 yr old lady who has always been polite and paid even when unhappy. If you think she should expect bald patches and no whiskers well……

   Candy is always happy and wagging when she comes out. She smells lovely and couldn't thank them enough for looking after her. Would highly recommend Posh Pugs. Very beautiful cockapoo cut!

   I booked an appointment for a welfare groom for my dog - the groomers contacted me two days before the appointment they gave me and asked to reschedule. I told them I couldn't, as my dog would have gone into surgery the day before the new appointment time. They ignored my reply and then didn't show up to the original appointment, ignoring texts and phone calls and leaving me standing outside their (empty) shop with my dog. Totally unnecessary. Note: your response to this comment is a series of lies. You did not ever confirm that the appointment was cancelled, you confirmed the time and date for the original appointment yourselves and did not respond to queries after. I never informed you that my dog was knotted, this is a total fiction. I fail utterly to understand why you could not just apologise for not replying to my messages.
