   Our Cocker Spaniel Georgie had some bad experiences when she was younger with other groomers which left her very apprehensive and nervous to be handled. We are so glad that we found Victoria at Happy Henry’s because the difference in Georgie’’s confidence and demeanour over the last six months is absolutely huge. Victoria has patiently worked at Georgie’s pace to build her trust and it is starting to pay dividends now. Thank you Victoria for the progress you have made with our lovely girl and I would recommend Happy Henry’s to anyone wanting a compassionate, professional groomer who puts your dogs needs first.

   We have visited Victoria twice now for help with our little cockapoo. She has been an absolute inspiration helping us to understand Fred’s needs and engaging him in a way that will eventually help him to be groomed stress free. We have the tools now to work with Fred at home and with his groomer. I’m sure we will visit Victoria again once we’ve jumped this hurdle. Such a knowledge and patient lady, would highly recommend.

   Are you a groomer struggling with one particular dog who for one reason or another is now struggling with the grooming process? As a one on one dog groomer we occasionally hit a brick wall when a dog is struggling with the grooming process, this can be for a number of reasons but in my situation a had a dog that had a few traumatic events at the vets which then led to growling at the groomers when being touched in the same areas. I was at a loss as this had never been the case with this dog, id groomed him since he was a puppy. Victoria has been a friend for many years we met at an event taking the grrrr out of grooming. I knew Victoria helped dogs who struggle with the grooming process so I turned to her for help. I referred my client to Victoria who did a few sessions with them but them once Victoria was happy she was seeing improvements she referred the client back to me to continue the work that the client and Victoria had carried out. Whilst the client continued Victoria's work at home, Victoria provided clear advice, video instructions as well as verbal instructions on how to continue her work whilst I was re~introducing my clients dog back to the grooming process. I have to say I struggled at times but Victoria was always on hand to guide me through it positively. A few months later, the sucess of this process has shone through, im now able to do rough clip offs as well as bathing.. we take it slow and split the grooming session over a few appointments but it works. The dog and client is happy and thats everything that we asked for. A huge thank you to Victoria owner of Happy Henry’s and to the client for putting her trust into the process Victoria taught them, it was well worth the time and invested. Any grooms out there struggling with a particular dog i would highly recommend you reaching out to Victoria at Happy Henry’s.

   We are working with Victoria to build optimism and confidence in our young Lab, and to get him used to being calm and handled, so he enjoys the experience. Victoria is amazing with dogs, her passion for what she does shines through. She tailors her service to each and every dog/owner to maximise what they get out of it and offers so much advice and tips too! We have seen our boy (who can be very nervous) grow week by week and he loves visiting Victoria at Happy Henry's. looking forward to the next session already, simply cannot recommend enough!

   What an amazing business! We starting bringing our rather large rescue dog (Willow) here about 9 months ago. It is clear to see that Victoria is very passionate about her work - she has been very caring and extremely patient with Willow, and thrives on finding solutions to help us with her training and development (training tips, games, grooming solutions etc.). Taking on a rescue dog has been a huge challenge (much bigger than we had anticipated) and Victoria has provided us with invaluable help and support. We get so much joy from seeing how happy and excited Willow is when she visits Happy Henry's! Thank you Victoria!

   Have started my young puppy on a introduction to grooming at Happy Henry's for the next six weeks. Our first session which Poppy and I both enjoyed, was absolutely fantastic we both learnt so much and it was really beneficial for the dog to get acclimatised too the surroundings the noises and of course meeting Victoria and Lindsey. I am only to pleased to recommend Happy Henry's for puppy support including owner support in these sessions, the helpful knowledge that was given to me was beneficial. Thank you both very much for making it refreshing, and rewarding on all levels, for Poppy and myself.

   So pleased we've found this place.Having a large dog isn't easy to bath at home! We took her for a DIY bath & dry , Victoria was on hand to show us how to use the equipment everything from shampoo, Aprons & towels is provided.Victoria is lovely , patient & reassuring with the dogs if they're nervous.. Victoria will also bath/ Groom your dog for you if you prefer while you wander round Amerton Farm . Fantastic place we'll definitely be back
