   I have been visiting Rachel with my dog Frankie since she opened & prior when she had a mobile grooming van. Frankie is a nervous dog & I wouldn't want anybody else to groom her. She is fantastic with her & always does a first class groom. I can highly recommend Rachel

   Highly recommend Woofs and cuts . I have a very nervous rescue dog who is no longer nervous when being groomed.Rach is amazing with her . Asks exactly what and how I want her cut . Never disappoints. Comes out looking amazing and thoroughly enjoys being pampered now. I always re book next appointments upon collection so I never miss out . Very clean. Spacious .And very secure which is a very important factor with a rescue dog.

   Rachel is a fantastic groomer, she gives my 15-year-old toy poodle a lovely neat and tidy cut, and is always very kind and gentle with her. She has arthritis so Rachel makes sure she gets little breaks to sit down during the groom, I know she’s in safe hands.

   Lovely ladies and the service, reasonably priced. Good for baths and brush. However, the attention to detail is lacking. A good dog haircut is not only visible when the dog stand but most importantly when it moves. I’ve asked for a teddy bear cut and got a misshaped sloping head and front legs that look crooked. Blending is just not there with lots of random hairs sticking out. This is not the worst haircut my dog had but it is far from acceptable.

   We had the absolute BEST service at woofs and cuts. My dog Didier is often anxious but Rachel was wonderfully kind and gentle with him. He came home looking and smelling gorgeous. Cannot recommend this place enough, Rach is amazing at what she does - Didi cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much!

   My rescue dog is seriously terrified of being groomed to the extent that she has pooped herself. After that experience I have not put her through grooming again. Popped into see Rachel as I was passing and I felt immediately at ease, you can see what is going on and no crates are used. I left Honey and was expecting a phone call to say she wouldn’t settle but all fantastic. Went to collect her and she came to see me and then went back to Rachel for more cuddles! Cannot recommend her highly enough. A natural and empathic human with dogs.

   Tried Woofs n Cuts for the first time today at their new shop. One word - "brilliant"! Really good with our Springer Millie - perfect length of cut, very professional staff and a lovely shop. We will definitely be using this place from now on, so much better than other places we have used in the area.
