   The three massages I have had this year (New Year’s Resolution made good!) have brought me so much more than expected. I feel totally comfortable with Finlay: he is a great professional and a very warm practitioner. You will not receive a rote massage-by-numbers. You will not hear spa music or pan pipes. Instead, Finlay is engaged, seeks feedback to tailor the pressure and experience, and (for me) incorporates grounding and breathwork. The result - a much-needed sanctuary for relaxation and healing.    I had an absolutely wonderful massage from Finlay. I felt him to work very intuitively but he also checked in with me all the way through to ensure the massage was what I needed it to be.    Having a massage from Finlay was deeply relaxing and very beneficial. I felt a lot of release in my body as I got to enter into a really deep space of relaxation and feeling held in my physicality and in my being. I noticed a lot of ease in my body in the time after and more capacity to handle the intensity of parenting. To open the session he held a space for me to share whatever I needed to to enter into that deep space inside myself. The boundaries of the session were clear and Finlay's touch was intuitive, gentle and deep as I needed, I felt a lot of trust in him. I have also found that having that depth of trust in a man, as a woman, can be very deeply healing.

   I had a wonderful massage experience with Finlay. I felt safe to talk with him about the skin issues I am experiencing and he made some helpful adjustments for the massage. The massage itself seemed very intuitive as Finlay seemed to sweep away all my tension. He also made me feel welcome to ask for more or less pressure when I needed it. Overall I felt very relaxed and restored and will definitely be having more sessions with Finlay.
