    Do not take your dog here. I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my puppy here and asked specifically for them to use scissors ONLY due to my dog being a Pomeranian which means he is double coated. I picked him up he was a mess! She had used clippers, and he was damp. He was uneven and traumatised. Full of knots , done in an hr not even been brushed. I took him elsewhere today and they told me he has coat funk as she has made his hair brittle and caused it to fall out. Awful experience and the woman was RUDE and unwelcoming who then blocked me when I approached her. I want your insurance details to make sure you don’t do this to any other pet. I will be reporting you to trading standards after what I have learnt today. DO NOT take your pet here.
