Absolutely vile service. Half cut my dog and sent him home wet and refused to refund me. He looks a real mess and is visibly shaking. 2 years I have used these guys and never had an issue. The new groomer is useless. She left matts on his face and paws that weren't there before she 'washed' him. He now smells really bad so I don't believe she washed him properly at all.

Bad experience a couple of times when our instructions on where to trim/not trim were ignored. Last time we collected our dog we could hear that she was extremely distressed before we even got through the door as she had be closed into a cage with the drier directed onto her so that the groomers could rush onto the next dog.
Impressed following my puppies first grooming. I gather he was an absolute menace but he left looking beautiful, happy and clearly had a good time with the groomer which is absolutely crucial to those first grooms. He wasn't cooperating with a few points he hadn't quite been desensitised too, so they skipped those steps for the most part which I do appreciate, these things take time and practice! Thanks!
Very annoyed as checked Northwich store online to see what time they were open till, (8pm) so drove there with my 2 little ones who were so excited to pick their own fish only to be told that 'we're not selling fish at the moment. Come back between 9am-3pm tomorrow' ... there were three members of staff just stood talking at the door, why can't I have fish! If it's a case of staff issues, then out it on the website!! And now my little ones can't pick their fish as they'll be in school.
We took our cockerpoo for a desperate cut after being in lock down for 3 months . The groomer checked him over and said she would be able to get knots out . We don't like tail or ears to be shaved just trimmed . He came out totally shaved apart from the last 10 cm of tail . When I queried it was told it was for his welfare. I don't agree as we had got a comb through in the morning . Would never recommend and definitely would not go back .
Just amazing. I have 2 border collies both very different haired and they come out looking five years younger. Their deshedding package is worth every penny. Friendly caring professionals always chatty and knowledgeable. Fantastic service. Highly recommended
