The staff are professional from booking in our service to having the tub serviced. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. You’ve got a customer for as long as I have a hot tub.    Arranged for a collection and delivery of a hot tub, and a crane was needed to lift over property at collection point. The professionalism and expertise used was fantastic.    We spoke to Jake having not had a reply from another company. We were previously told that we would need a new pump for our hot tub, but when jake came out the following working day (after messaging back on the sunday) he confirmed that was not the case and got everything working for us. we wanted a new cover and lifter and were given various options, once we had agreed on the new accessories, they were fitted within three days. We cannot fault the honesty, communication, products and service and will be using SHT for all our needs in the future and will happily recommend to others

   We used Staffordshire Hot Tubs & Swimspas for the Winter shut down service of our hot tub. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided. The 2 gentlemen arrived on time as promised and provided a very thorough shut down of our tub. They were extremely professional throughout and gave some excellent advice for us whilst here. We felt their prices were as competitive as anywhere else we have seen and felt that is was excellent value for money. We will certainly be using their services again and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

   We have purchased our very first hot tub which we are delighted with. We've looked at various places and felt very comfortable dealing with Sam and Jake at Seropian Both of them have gone out of their way to help us make the best decision. They coordinated the delivery and fitting of hot tub. We even had to have a crane to get it into the back of house which they sorted for us. Because we are novices to hot tubs, we have had lots of questions. Both Sam and Jake have gone the extra mile to help with any of our queries prior to and since delivery.    We were in the very fortunate position to be able to buy a swim spa for our family and started to look around November 2021. We struggled to find a shop that had one in stock and the ones that we did see were just not what we were after. We came across Staffordshire Hot Tubs and Swimspas (previously Seropian) through a Google search and much to our amazement there was a swim spa on display in their fabulous showroom. These guys were so friendly and welcoming and had all of the information at hand to help guide our decision. They listened to what we wanted……nothing too big……family friendly, with the option of both swimming and use of a hot tub for parties. Communication throughout the process was second to none. We received regular updates on the progress of our order and the guys were always at hand to answer our questions. Emails were responded to the same day or following day at the latest. Delivery day came sooner than expected and within the expected time frame! The whole process from start to finish has been smooth and stress free and we couldn’t be happier with the service delivered. If you a looking for a hot tub or swim spa then absolutely look no further because I guarantee you won’t get a better service anywhere.
