   They are amazing! Nothing is to much trouble and Shayne is a legend. Helped me for over a week and put up with me asking many questions. I would highly recommend this company even if you have the smallest problem, they know there stuff like nobody else. If I have anymore problems in the future I will contact them.

   There are not 6 stars so shall have to go with 5 . What can i say , any advice or knowledge then Shane is your man . He has taught me so much re my tub and must have his phone constantly in his hand as has been dedicated and patient and quickly responsive in guiding me through best management of my tub . A clear tub is not always a healthy tub , make sure your stabilizer levels not too high as if they are the chlorine won't do its job. Thanks Shane you star !

   You're not just paying for high quality product, fast delivery and people who know what they're selling... You're paying for all that and some of the BEST customer service I've encountered in years, the after care is exceptional!!!.. between these guys and Cambs Hot Tubs where I got my Spa from they have made what could be a daunting and very stressful time the experience it should be ENJOYABLE!! I came across these guys on Facebook.. before they were even a business.. I don't know them personally or via anyone..just via a Facebook group that luckily for me they were part of.. before they were even a business they offered advice to people for the sake of being good helpful people... so when the time came I ordered off them. My products arrived today (I ordered yesterday).. I've sent a message at every step of sorting my levels and had a response within 5 minutes.. My levels are almost there and I'll be soon in my tub... I know they'll help me with the process beyond set up and I am so greatful. 100 percent recommend these guys. I've had a really bad year and they've made this easy for me.. THANK YOU!!!
