Having tried for 8 weeks to get information from Francesca at this dealership, I had to ask her for my original model details to buy the parts elsewhere. She repeatedly ignored my calls and shouted at me. The only way I could get the information was to call Sundance spas and ask them. She ignored all my requests for weeks and behaved in a most unprofessional manner.
