I’ve spent many an hour up Bunny Hill. Fantastic range of walking routes for dogs. Woodland, open grass running area, etc. great in the winter for sledging. Free car park area available too
My dogs lovd having a off the lead run around here in the fields and woodlands basic but great for dogs
Dogs love it and so do the grandkids however it does get muddy and the keep cutting the trees down in the woods which disturbs the wildlife. I have not seen any squirrels or rabbits for a long time now.
A great place to stroll, walk a dog, kids playground, football, sledge (when it snows), meet neighbours, swathes of bluebells (in the spring), wide panoramic views to Mow Cop and the Moorlands (and the M6), gateway to Butterton, a local nature reserve
Wonderful hill with lovely views and shaded wooded areas. Great for off lead dog walks and also a kids park feces off. Managed to see a few bunnies after many walks
Great dog walking area mixture of open spaces, woodland and a bit of water if your dog is so inclined. Gets very waterlogged this time of year so wear good footwear. You won't find it signposted think it's just provided land for recreation. Some parking at community centre but plenty of road parking and access points through the estate roads.
Great open space for children, adults and dogs too. Lovely little wooded area and plenty of space for football, running or walking. Theres even a little park for kids to go on the swings etc.
Grew up around here, it's a great place for a walk with woodland areas and also a playground for kids.
