   I was bought some PJ's from Primark, unfortunately the wrong size, I took them back in the original packaging & labels (clearly not worn) to exchange for a bigger size, they refused to change them because I don't have a receipt, the buyer can't find the receipt, so I'm stuck with a pair of PJ's I can't wear. Most people these days don't bother with a receipt, I think this is very poor service !

   Had a good experience today in primark Stafford my mum Was bit anxious about use the lift as and a lovely lady who works there helped her in the lift and took her up stairs, it made my mums day, by the kindness of the worker

   A good Primark store. Changing rooms were neat, spacious and tidy. Really friendly staff member at the tills! Nice selection of clothes although some more popular items had sold out. Not a very big home or make up section, this isn't a huge store.

   Items available: Woman's Mens Children Home Travel Gift Beauty Bags Staff: helpful Speed & quality of service: mixed, weekends usually plenty of staff, week days sometimes had to wait/ que a while before being served Layout: woman's, travel, gift etc downstairs all else upstairs, lifts, escalators &Cash desks on Both Cleanliness: standard Changing rooms:yes Lighting: well lit Busy or not: busy on weekend Types of bags available: paper ♡ Trollies & baskets: baskets yes trolleys no Card & Cash: Both Outdoor space: places to sit Parking: close yes, in M&S and also near council building (see photos attached).
