   I bought this bag as an investment, hoping it would be good quality for the price paid. However within a number of months, the zip broke, leaving the bag unusable. I sent a video to customer service and they sent me a replacement. The same thing happened to the zip on with replacement bag within the year, and this time customer service told me that the bag was ‘out of guarantee’ and therefore I would have to take the bag to Timpsons to get the zip replaced. For the price, I would not expect the zip to break within a year, twice. A real shame as the bag has been useful otherwise, but is now unusable and I am having to buy a new one from another company.

   Purchased a Bloom changing bag, a great baby bag good quality, i love it and so does my partner. We called beforehand and got some great support from them in regards to which bag to go for. Bought the bag a few months in advance if baby arriving, realised 3 months later we didn't have the straps for the pram got in contact and they sent some out within a few days no hassle. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended Gigil! Thank you

   I would highly recommended Gigil.com The bag I purchased is an excellent quality item - it was a gift for my niece & her new born baby. It comprises a baby changing mat & has all necessary pockets for everything needed for a baby. Patrick of Gigil.com was excellent - his communication & updates were brilliant & I was kept informed of the progress of the order. Unfortunately there was a delay with the bag coming into stock & I was offered a refund but I decided to wait for the bag to come in. I'm so glad I did as it is a quality item which I hope will last for a long time. I would definitely purchase items again from this company.
