   On Saturday 18th January 2025 I went into the Savers Store in Crewe to get a few essential items that I needed. I found everything that I wanted without Aby problems and made my way to the tills to pay for my shopping. I was served by a most friendly, helpful and loveliest lady named Zaynab, her Customer Service was excellent and it was such an absolute pleasure to be served by her.

   I grabbed a couple of things just now. The girl behind the till. Who I politely asked what her name is...it's Libby. When I got to the till. I was busy responding to a work email which is a crucial email I needed, anyway, she said did I want to come forward, I politely responded, the lady before can go I am busy ,but thank you. I got to the till.. and she was discussing after work stuff, ( fair enough) she didn't look me in the eye once, didn't offer me any perfumes which I know is essentially a detrimental amount of your sales. She didn't say please or thank you. I am not here to bring her down. Simply some customer service advice as she lacks a lot of it ..it's truly constructive criticism, but making zero interaction with a customer adds up to half the experience. I did speak to her afterwards and told her I genuinely found her unresponsive and rude..she seems like a nice girl. But when your working, Being nice to customers,and basic eye contact,and manners, is pretty crucial if you ask me. I've been a manager of stores before I had my baby. So I understand the experience. Anyway. She got slightly offended when I explained to her that interaction Is part of a shopping experience..all the best to her learning and growing as a team member!

   Good choose of cleaning products at a reasonable price plus your perfumes and smellies in fact the shampoo I use is half the price in here compared to same size bottle at asda

   Went in to The Crewe Savers store on Easter Sunday to buy 5 litre bottles of water at just 99p to solve a water supply crisis at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find it had been recently refitted and had a much moderner feel to it. Range, availability and value were excellent. Two young staff on duty were friendly and helpful.

   This store is always fully stocked and very tidy. Good range of products at super prices. Don't expect to see any staff other than the cashiers, who will mostly be very pleasant. Excellent offers on perfumes. Always check here before or scampering off to Boots..
