Very good experience here I always shop Holland and Barrett, the staff make it very welcoming and helpful especially from the staff member keara.
Love this store, love how the staff leave you to shop or browse without asking you if you need anything. ( knowing, if you need or want something you will come to them) Buy few bits from here Only thing could improve on is that, making the expiry dates clearer on reduced stickers by not covering the expiry date, as well as applying discount when you’ve brought something online via click and collect.
Very disappointed to be writing this review after being loyal customers and using H&B every week for the past few years. We attended today to get our weekly supplies and quite frankly had a horrible experience. On entry, staff appeared moody and unhelpful, particularly ‘Lucy’ who eventually served us only to refuse our blue light card discount for absolutely no reason. As a front line emergency worker I found this deeply offensive when we have never had any issues before purchasing the same products. No apologies or explaination just very rude and bad attitude. Sorry to say but we will now be taking our business elsewhere!
I've recently stopped using HRT and was gradually finding my facial skin changing as my Estrogen slowly depleats. Sore dry and flaky skin..with some acne.. something I've never suffered from. Going into boots chemist.. you're faced with rows and rows of expensive pots of creams that make all kinds of claims... to be honest...all I needed was a cream that alleviated my menopausal conditions.. to give me healthy skin again ..and the new Holland and Barratt Newcastle Under Lyme shop next door was my port of call. I asked the lovely lady assistant for advice and she highly recommended a day cream and night cream to try out...Vitaskin C. I've been using it for a week now and my skin feels beautiful...what a difference! Smells delicious too..rather like clementines. And it's on offer too atm. Thanks to the assistant too.. she understood my issue. ( and she has lovely skin too!)
Get my Dr Organic Coffee anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner from here - absolutely superb, gets rid of all itchy scalp probs, it tingles and smells great I won't use anything else! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent H&B branch!

Very good store, staff helpful, adviced me to ask GP before taking any vitamins as I am on medication, only fault is that they are quite expensive..
Went into the Newcastle-under-Lyme shop and was served by a young man his customer service was outstanding such a helpful knowledgeable and friendly person a real asset to the shop 5*
