Do not have Amazon orders delivered here. Happened twice this week alone where I have paid premium next day delivery (£5) but these don’t scan your parcel in until 3 minutes before they close meaning that you will never be able to get it that day. Lazy ignorant shop keepers with an attitude.
Used to be a regular customer here through snappy shopper. Every time I order I spent over £40. Each time there's items missing from my order. When I notify this in the comments section, I get told on delivery that if I do it again, they won't deliver to me. So they expect me to spend MY money and not mention if they miss items off my order? I ordered bread with a days date on, quality has gone down hill and treated like a mug. Been using them for at least 3 years. Not no more. I'll take my custom else where. Stay clear if you want to be made out to be a liar when they forget to send stuff from your order and you tell them about it. Jokers!
Ordered through Snappy shopper, the first time they sent expired tikka bites with clearly visible mold. The second time my sister ordered, they accepted the order but refused to deliver, because they didn't approve of the snappy discount, saying it caused them a loss. But knowing the order is with the discount, they still accepted but later decided not to deliver and called last moment to inform, very rudely.
Almost 4 hours waiting for a £60 order. Staffs attitude is disgusting. Refused to check where my order was. Refused to tell me how long it will be. 4 hours when I live .8 miles away what a joke. Avoid at all costs

We bought 4 beers in your shop today, all 4 have been past their expiry date for 3 months ...... I understand a few days, but a few months? ...... The answer: You know I can't reply for this... Only been in here a few times and each time the staff have been rude, uninterested in helping customers and lacking manners. Maybe management could invest in basic customer service training?! Won’t be going in again!
The reason I'm giving this low is because, a woman was working in there, I had to call my partner to come and show the woman the proof we had money as card was getting declined. So she came down and she asked where the woman was. And the woman behind the counter started shouting and swearing. And then threatening my pregnant partner to rip her head off. And threatening me and my mate. Then brought my partners family into it for no reason. So mad. I tried to keep calm but couldn't or my Mrs
