Ordered a delivery at 9pm an hour before it shut - 35 mins later they changed the delivery status to “delivered” no sign of the delivery and no one answered the phones calls. What an absolute joke of a business

Ripped off at the cash point requested £140 only got £100 it gave me £30 back so I'm £10 short staff not at all helpful I needed to top up my gas and electric and they were not helpful at all their policy is a joke can't give me the £10 even though I showed them on my banking app can't help me top up with the amounts I need load of rubbish someone shouted barred at me you don't need to bar me I won't be coming back
Bought a Dinner Lady disposable vape as id forgot cigarettes i chose blue menthol flavour(thinking it would be the same as the crushball cigarettes...a fresh mint flavour) took my dog on field next to store,opened vape and had a go it tasted fruity not menthol, so i returned back to store. In store the manager was called to deal with me, she was called Cheryl. Cheryl came storming from the back area obviously very annoyed she had been disturbed.she asked what the issue was and i told her i would like a replacement .i was then told i couldnt have one as the product was open and she is not a smoker so she couldnt try for herself.she was extremely rude.i felt like a piece of something on the bottom of her shoe tbh...the other staff are great in there but this Manager has no customer service skills whatsoever.what an awful representation of One Stop shop in Meir.a very rude lady.
We were served by Kelsey at 12pm. We brought 2 ready meals. We picked up one on reduce & she advised us to change them both on a later date so we get the deal. Because we would have paid more if we had brought the reduced meal! We are both grateful for her help & we would like Steve the boss say thank you to her.
This store is a great place. The staff are very helpful on if you need help with anything they are always happy to help you. The shop has almost everything you need at anytime. We do recommend this place to everyone!
