   Visited today, and my wife couldn't find her usual products, which were sadly out of stock, but the staff member / manager nearby was very knowledgeable about the products she sells and my wife has replacement products as recommended . My wife left happy. This is a good thing.

   Easier to order online! The shops got better but still needs improvement with selection of brands. Every time I've purchased some kind of promo with free gifts theres never a choice. I got one at Christmas with a free palette I should have got the choice out of 3 or 4 but instead the lady at the till picked for me and obviously by this review I wasnt happy.
