   Went into to use the pharmacy yesterday, just finished my chemotherapy sesdion and had had a really rubbish day. I was overtired, feeling absolutely awful. The staff were absolutely brilliant. They probably have no idea that their kindness and customer service made a huge difference to someone having a horrible day. Thank you to the lovely lady and gentlemen who served me, you were both real gems.

   A fair but relatively small Boots store. It's has a wide range of product choices. A pharmacy area and a large Beauty section as you enter. It is positioned on the ground floor, so it is ideal for wheel chair access, with free parking outside. As are all the shops on this Forge Retail Park.

   A big thank you to the staff at this branch for helping me with last minute christmas presents. I had ordered items online which had been lost and did not arrive, and whilst I had received some help from the customer services call centre team, I was extremely touched by the staff in store for their kindness, understanding and willingness to help me sort alternatives. I literally hugged them before I left.

   The skin care at the Forge Retail Park Branch in Telford by Tegan (No. 7) is outstanding. She helped me find the correct skin care package following a disastrous choice by myself and also sorted out camouflage make up to the exact match of my skin tone. She applied it for me to demonstrate with a tester first and it was spot on. Cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
