   never normally can fault this store however today i was not fully aware how to use my boots advantage points and i kindly asked could i use my point and the lady was very rude and blunt with how she spoke to me! very dissapointed in her she had glasses and blonde hair not a young lady.

   The staff at boots on the Wrekin Retail Park are excellent, always friendly, polite, not pushy as they let you get on with your shopping. They’re always happy to help when you need them. My wife and I were there last week and one young lady, Porsche, was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and knowledgeable a credit to the store and the company. She’s young and is already management which just shows how hard she works and has been recognised for what she does. Thank you ever so much for making our shopping experience that little bit better.

   Well, if you don't want a chemist in Boots, you're at the right place! I went in after visiting the nearby hospital to get a prescription for my Mam, and was dumbfounded to be told that Boots does not contain a pharmacy! By all accounts it's been like this for around 18 years, but not being local, I didn't know! Anyway, so long as you don't want a prescription, it's a lovely shop and sells all the other stuff you'd expect in Boots. The staff I spoke to were all lovely too. But I can't give 5 stars to a shop I associate with being a chemist that doesn't have a pharmacy!
