Rebecca helped me in the Macclesfield store today, to look for my L'Oréal summer foundation as they have changed thier colours she was extremely helpful and polite then kindly helped me look for a nail polish.

It does what it sets out to do, it provides products at reasonable prices. However I don't like the layout of this store, it's quite crowded, the shelves are too close together for me.
Great collection of cosmetics. Look out for "Buy 2 get 3" offers on cosmetics and perfumes at the moment.
I went into the store yesterday searching for a compact powder/foundation combined similar to one bought from Avon.I will never use Avon as they manufacture in China and test on animals. Although i could not find the equivalent the young lady sadly did not get her name was so helpful and patient. I have not bought yet but will! Very impressed - just know she was an apprentice with long dark hair. She was a pleasure and a credit to the store.
