Horrible horrible members of staff, old women workers in their 40-50 staring at me and my friends like we were going to steal something when we were just looking around and did end up buying things! Staff there makes you extremely uncomfortable, if they had a problem they should’ve told security instead of following us around. Disgusting
Carol was most helpful she was putting away stock but stopped to help me and then took me to the till to serve me and the reminded me there was a 342 on no7 so waited whilst I got another item.

I used the nhs contraception service here and the pharmacist was so helpful and polite he made sure I had no unanswered questions and didn’t try to downplay my problems and whereas I have had bad experiences with other pharmacies. The other staff in here I also found where helpful
Disappointing experience due to unprofessional service. When I was waiting for self checkout, a staff member told me to use the manned checkout. I explained that I wanted to split my payment and use my Advantage Card points, but she told me that using points wasn’t possible, which I found confusing. It ended up wasting a lot of my time. I was quite upset but tried to stay calm. In the end, I figured it out myself and used my points at the self-checkout. The experience was frustrating and felt very unprofessional.
This is reflection on the pharmacy not the actual store, very poor, after not being given full prescription I returned to be told by a girl behind counter that nothing could be done as after 14:25pm even though it was a mistake by staff, so now I have to go again using more fuel and more time, not a happy customer, id give 0 if possible
What a lovely time we had shopping at the No7 counter with Sian on 23/2/23 She was extremely pleasant, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge on helping us make our choices Big shout out to her, excellent customer services and a credit to the store
Was looking forward to shopping at the new venue, had a huge stocking up list, however it was not to be. No shopping trolleys available, I cannot walk round a big store unaided so "borrowed" a small trolley from M/s next door, however was told in no uncertain terms that I was not allowed in the store with the trolley ! Come on Boots, you cannot afford to turn away customers - get some small trolleys that we oldies/ disabled can use.
Needed travel vaccination & advice. Unable to get through to GP Service so booked in to Boots in Cannock (Orbital). Excellent customer service from Pharmacist on duty. He was thorough, polite & administered required vaccines to both of us. Thank you. Highly recommended.
It was ok. Had a good selection of products. Felt that it would of been helpful to of had more than one person serving esp on a Saturday morning. Everything cleaned and well presented
