   Purchased flowers, no confirmation email. Called them, on the phone holding for 30 mins only to be asked to leave a message and the call cut off. Emailed to tracked the order, received a response to say it was being sent only for it not to turn up. Shocking service.

The arrangement that they designed was beautiful, they really listened to our ideas and understood what we were looking for. They also incorporated some of the flowers and greenery from Dad’s garden too, which was a really special touch and meant a lot. We’re really grateful for just how easy they made it all for us.    I just wanted to say a big thank-you for the beautiful flower arrangement you provided for my mother's funeral on Thursday 6th January (**************). You had warned us when we ordered that you may have a limited choice of blooms, with the funeral being so soon after New Year, but I have to say you excelled our expectations and delivered the perfect combination of spring flowers in the colours that we asked for.
